• Advice about charges or allegations

Interpreters

We can arrange an interpreter for our meetings and for court.

Payment options

We offer a range of flexible payment options including paying your fees by BPAY, bank transfer, and credit or debit card. We offer instalment plans so that payments can be made over time. We accept Centrepay payments for Legal Aid contributions and in some other situations.

Legal Aid

We take on cases funded by Legal Aid and can assess your eligibility for funding. You do not have to apply for aid directly through Legal Aid, and we can handle the application process for you.
